Since the beginning of the global pandemic, the procurement and supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) has been unstable and a cause of concern for many.
Emerging from the charity sector, we initially set up Critical NHS to support front line staff with regular meals, but were also asked to supply much needed PPE when traditional supply-chains broke down.
Developing a network of trusted partners with experience of importing goods to the UK, US and Europe for over 20 years, we were able to source a range of PPE which was donated to front line critical care staff when they needed it most.
In setting up Critical PPE Ltd, we are now in a position to offer full supply-chain management for a full range of PPE related products, test kits and hand sanitisers.
Our team of experts collectively has more than 75 years of experience in the sales, supply chain and procurement management, with a global footprint to ensure regional oversight and quality control.
A proportion of our profits will be re-invested into Critical NHS, enabling us to continue our community work during the pandemic and beyond.

TRUSTED SUPPLY
Critical PPE Ltd started life during the pandemic through Critical NHS, helping to provide essential supplies including PPE to front life staff at 15 hospitals across London, Surrey and Cornwall.
The market became flooded with new suppliers and products of questionable origin and quality, with buyers finding it difficult to discern bogus suppliers and products from genuine agents and manufacturers with the appropriate certification and quality management systems in place to meet International standards.
With backgrounds in consultancy and working for governmental bodies, including procurement for PHE England, nanotechnology and global supply chain management and security, our team brings together a wealth of experience and expertise.
Working with partners who have been importing goods to the UK, US and Europe for over 20 years, our ethos is based on transparency and clear communication every step of the way.

PERSONAL SERVICE
Throughout the pandemic we have been working closely with ICU staff and were privy to feedback on PPE - small details became important, like ensuring gowns had long arms, were made to Western sizing, or that gloves could cover the cuff of a gown.
When we heard that doctors and nurses could no longer recognise each other behind multiple layers of PPE - we set about designing bespoke name badges which included a designated colour scheme to allow staff to easily identify staff hierarchy and names.
With the insight and experience gained over the last few months working closely and alongside front line staff, we are able to pass on invaluable experience and feedback to you as clients.
